Where will I be when the world ends?
I was in İstanbul when it happened. Equipped with an expired press card and a camera, I walked around the city.
These photographs are from the time frame between March 12 and April 22, 2020.
It wasn’t about the city being empty, or people adapting to a new reality — I knew everyone was photographing those.
This is about how everything was almost the same: how fragile we are in the face of a possible end.
I was panicking, I was full of life.
